While on my way back from my walk few days back, found a squirrel nest mauled by stray dogs, unfortunately five of the babies were killed and i could save only 3 , one of them was badly hurt and was hardly moving by the time i cud get it away from dogs, Just took them home and after some dressing they slept nicely in the box i kept them in.They were just so adorable, it was amazing giving them fruits n helping them with their wounds, and somehow the mum squirrel found my home n after hours could trust me and managed to take all three ...one by one in her mouth. I miss the cute little babies thou i am very happy they gt back to their mum :) ..though after a day one of them was deserted by the mom squirrel..reasons best known to her and he stays with me now...now dats my Mr Gullu...a perfect bliss to be with.You could have a look at the video as well. If you ever find some animal /bird in distress kindly try and be a comfort, it goes a long way .
